Joel Rose is a partner and a member of Aird and Berlis’ Corporate/Commercial Group, specializing in M&A, with a particular focus in representing private equity funds in acquisition and divestiture of Canadian businesses. He is also an active member of the Regulatory Team, who provides advice to the gaming, transportation, and energy industries, including from an M&A perspective. Mr. Rose is continuously selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in Canada under the specialty of Gaming Law as well as in The Canadian Legal expert Directory as a leading lawyer in Transportation Law.
