ONLINE 50/50 RAFFLE TO LAUNCH FOR ALL TORONTO MAPLE LEAFS AND TORONTO RAPTORS HOME GAMES
We have teamed up with Sobeys to launch a special Raptors rolling jackpot support of food banks across Ontario via Feed Ontario’s COVID-19 Emergency Food Box Program. Help support those in need by getting your Rolling Jackpot tickets from anywhere in Ontario during the Raptors Rewind Championship run on TSN and Sportsnet.
Sports fans across Ontario can now participate in 50/50 jackpots for all Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Raptors games at Scotiabank Arena from anywhere in the province. Starting Friday, March 15 at the Maple Leafs’ annual St. Pats game and Monday, March 18 when the Raptors face New York Knicks, fans can purchase 50/50 raffle tickets online for a chance to win every home game night, with all funds raised supporting MLSE Foundation’s biggest project to date, MLSE LaunchPad.
Presented by redtag.ca, MLSE Foundation’s new online 50/50 jackpot takes place in conjunction with the existing 50/50 jackpot held at Scotiabank Arena on game nights, with the combined amount to be prized out to one lucky winner. Fans will be able to purchase tickets at 5050.MapleLeafs.com and 5050.Raptors.com, starting noon on home game days, and this marks the first online partnership between MLSE Foundation and the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
“Participating in the 50/50 raffle is one of many exciting elements of the in-arena fan experience at Scotiabank Arena and it is with great excitement we now bring the raffle to our passionate fans throughout the province. Not only do our fans at home have the chance to win jackpots, but also impact youth lives positively in the community while playing. Thanks to the AGCO and redtag.ca, we will be able to raise even more to help youth use sport to recognize and reach their potential at MLSE LaunchPad.”

MLSE Foundation and Sobeys launch a special Raptors rolling jackpot in support of food banks across Ontario.
All funds generated from the online and in-arena 50/50 sales will be split between the winner of the 50/50 draw and MLSE LaunchPad - a 42,000 square foot Sport For Development facility located at 259 Jarvis Street in Toronto. Supported by MLSE’s professional sports teams - the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, Toronto FC and Toronto Argonauts - MLSE LaunchPad provides free sport, life skills and employment training programs for youth aged 6-29. The facility partners with expert organizations to deliver programming that support its four pillars: Healthy Body, Healthy Mind, Ready For School and Ready For Work. Last season alone, 4,500 youth facing barriers were impacted by MLSE LaunchPad.
Jackpots and raised funds have the potential to be higher than previous totals given the provincial reach of the new 50/50 raffle. So far, this season’s in-game 50/50 sales at Scotiabank Arena have averaged $65,000 per Maple Leafs game and averaged $29,000 per Raptors game. With this, in-arena 50/50 sales have raised over $1.4 million (net) in support of MLSE LaunchPad since October.
"For them, House of Hockey also became the House of Dreams."
