Ben serves as the Program Manager at The Counselling Foundation of Canada, dedicated to enhancing career development and education for Canadian youth since 2017. Additionally, he works part-time as a Research Consultant at Taylor Newberry Consulting, focusing on evaluating projects within the public benefit sector, including ongoing work assessing an arts program. Recently, Ben took on a part-time role as a Course Instructor at Toronto Metropolitan University, teaching CINP 902 - Evaluation for Nonprofits in 2023, following an extensive background in the nonprofit sector encompassing project management, communications, and fundraising roles.
