Nathaniel is a seasoned legal counsel who specializes in technology, intellectual property, and procurement, with a diverse legal background spanning governance, commercial, corporate, and non-profit law. Nathaniel also serves as a Charity Board Director for Toronto's Neighborhood Legal Services Clinic and the M.I.N.D Program, actively contributing to community service. As a former high-level soccer player with the Toronto F.C. Academy and an NCAA scholarship athlete at St. Lawrence University, NY, Nathaniel passionately mentors young athletes, utilizing his experience to guide and inspire the next generation of Canadian soccer talent
